Vince Padilla and Michaela Marecek supply the creative energy for Vibrance Photography.

Though he is primarily self taught, Vince has been surrounded by artists and avidly taken photos since childhood. Since he is able to remember, he was subtly encouraged to appreciate the arts. Vince's family is filled with incredibly talented musicians, painters, and photographers, and he tries to channel their artistry through his photographs.

In addition to his family, Vince is awed by the brilliance of Ansel Adams, Richard Avedon, David Muench and Mark Robert Halper.

Vince has been married to a wonderful woman for thirteen incredible years. Vince lives with his wife and two dogs just outside of Madison, Wisconsin and works wherever necessary.

Beginning in July 2008, Vince will be a volunteer for Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, a non-profit dedicated to providing photography to families who will never take their newborn children home from the hospital. Please visit NILMDTS and consider how you can help.

Michaela has been an avid photographer since she was eight years old and her mom accused her of "childishly wasting" film on their cats.  Not dissuaded, and now with a ton of support from her mom and the rest of her family, she has "wasted" enough film (and now digital exposures) to have created countless wonderful photos since then.

Michaela believes that art comes from within and is an organic creation of the artist.  With every photo, she tries to capture the essence around her as it has never been captured before.

Michaela is in the second year of her photography major at Carroll College where she received the Les Klug Photography Scholarship.  She spends her free time playing soccer for Carroll and taking photos for the Wisconsin Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Kennel Club.
